엄마Omma · Korean for mother
Ginseng, collagen and sesame chicken soups, localised for Singapore and served at 17 hawker and kopitiam stalls.
New members get our Signature Kimchi for $0.50.
Our story
Our soups are crafted by two chefs from a one-star Michelin Korean restaurant, then brought to the hawker centre so everyone can have them.
A tender whole chicken leg in a slow-simmered broth with red dates and ginseng, and rice or mee sua on the side. No MSG, no pork, no lard.
The menu
Every bowl comes as a single soup or as a set. Bowls from $6.80 at our hawker stalls.

“Authentic rich tasting ginseng soup. I would say comparable to the ones I've had in Korea and at an affordable price too.”
“Very good, the egg and the kimchi are also good. Worth the queue.”
